A mantra is a sound, sacred utterance or group of words in Sanskrit, that carries spiritual energy when repeated. The repetition helps with meditation and teaches us there is more to life than only what we can see and touch.

OM - In the vedas, OM is considered the most sacred mantra. It appears at the beginning and end of most Sanskrit prayers and texts. The whole of creation is said to have emerged from the sound of OM. It's the omnipresent sound by which the universe vibrates and chanting it invites higher energy into your life.
SOM - SOM means Moon. Here we are praying and surrendering to the spiritual energy and positive vibrations of the Moon.
SOMAYA - The Sanskrit meaning of SOMAYA is also asscoated with the Moon. This is a prayer to the power of the Moon.
NAMAHA - The first part of Namaste comes from the word NAMAHA. In Sanskrit, it means complete surrender, humility and service to the power of the universe. It's commonly used in Yogic Mantras and serves as a reminder of universal connection and higher consciousness.
This Mantra works best when chanted 108 times either with Rudraksha Beads or Prayer Beads.
